Refund policy

We would rather you were on the right course than keep money for a course that is not working for you. This is what we do.

Before your course starts

Cancel at any point before the first lesson and you get a full refund. No reason needed.

In the first week

If you attend the first lessons and decide the course is not right for you, tell us within the first week of the course. We will refund what you paid, less the lessons you attended, charged at the normal per-lesson rate for that course.

After the first week

After the first week we do not refund the remainder of a course, because your place has been held and the group has been formed around it. We will instead move you once, free of charge, to the same course in a later group if you cannot continue with this one.

If you are in the wrong level

This is not a refund matter. We move you to the correct course at no charge, at any point. Tell us as soon as you suspect it.

If we cancel

If we cancel a lesson, we reschedule it or add it to the end of your course. If we cancel a course entirely, you get a full refund of every lesson you have not received, without having to ask.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the same route the payment arrived, unless that is impossible, in which case we will agree another with you. We aim to complete refunds within 14 days of agreeing them.

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page. Tell us your name and which course. You do not need to explain yourself.
