Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you enrol on a course with us. Please read them before you pay.

Enrolling

Sending the enrolment form is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. Your place is confirmed when we confirm it with you directly and payment is agreed. Places in a group are limited and are allocated in the order they are confirmed.

Fees and payment

The fee for each course is shown on its page before you enrol. Payment is arranged directly with us; we will tell you the available methods when we confirm your place. We will never ask for your card details over WhatsApp, by email, or by phone.

The classes

Courses are taught live online, on Microsoft Teams, in groups of 8 to 13 students. You need a stable internet connection, a device with a microphone, and somewhere you can speak aloud. The number of lessons and the length of the course are stated on the course page.

If we cancel or move a lesson

If we cancel a lesson, we will reschedule it or add it to the end of your course at no cost to you. If we cannot run a course you have paid for, we will refund the part you have not received.

If you miss a lesson

Lessons you miss are not refunded and are not repeated privately, but we will make the materials for that lesson available to you.

Changing level

If it becomes clear that your course is the wrong level for you, we will move you to the right one at no extra charge. Tell us as early as you can.

Behaviour in class

Everyone in a small group depends on everyone else. We may remove a student, without refund, for behaviour that prevents others from learning. This is a last resort and we will always raise a problem with you first.

Course materials

Materials we provide are for your own study. Please do not republish or resell them.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version that applies to your course is the one published when you enrolled.
